NCM tests with quite short TC (30+0.3 iirc) and with quite old CPU.
Stockfish had several
- enlargements of network layer 1 which lose in STC but gain in (V)LTC
- patches introducing search parameters tuned for (V)LTC like 180+1.8 that gain Elo at these TC but lose in STC.
after release 16.
Obviously both kind of patches don't do well at NCM.
