New version of en-croissant v0.14.0

Changelog nice and well, where in the software is it? New game, nowhere. Engines setup? Only the ones with own book support. I couldn't find anything new related to opening books. I double checked version, it's updated to 0.15

Admittedly, on the Github changelog I searched for "opening" and hence didn't spot it.

Awww got it, the bottom pane was dragged up too much, I didn't notice there could be something below "Size of hash" - thank you!
I have made some feature requests on the Github.
