OTOH, maybe it is not so easy. Exchange rooks, the white knight goes to c8 and ends up selling itself for both queenside pawns and then pushing the g-pawn would draw, would it not?
This is a good scenario yes,but will it be realized OTB

Which would be followed by ...Ke8 and that looks rather promising for black. OTOH, Nh4 looks to save the knight, but now black's Q-side pawns can start rolling - I think.

Why? It's a draw.
It's not....Topalov is too aggressive in his playing style and he won't miss this opportunity, unless he chickens out....

Black lost his chance when he did not push the a pawn when
he had the chance. Now he can push the a pawn and try
to win.It may be to late.

Stockfish say that it is a draw so I believe that it is a draw.
Uri
in talking about this game, yes, the computers seem to have boiled it down to a draw for some time. but in talking about the outcome of the game it's important to trust in anand than stockfish.
wael is correct, topa is pushing and anand will have to walk a tightrope before they shake hands.

The black passed pawns are extremely dangerous....besides the fact that the white knight is stucked on the king side, things are not looking good for Anand....
I recall similar positions from Botvinnik's games and the guy almost always grabs the full point with black....
