I hope you realized that:
1). Anand had sacrificed a bishop. (Very comical to my mind, just inviting Magnus to jump all over him and not manage to achieve anything).

2). That most Gm's thought Magnus might have won, as did Magnus himself admit to having thought so.

Certainly not 99% thought it was a drawn endgame.
Most GM's would think theoretically drawn, easier said then done.
GM commentators were saying that maybe Magnus can win.
Are you saying that they all agreed it was theoretically drawn?
Read again, what I wrote. Theoretical and Practical are not one and the same. It is easy to lose a theoretically drawn position if complex enough.

somewhat interestingly, despite white making most of the offbeat moves, vishy has not even used 13 minutes of clock, carlsen cominig up on 45 minutes now as we wait on move 15.

maybe means nothing, but makes me feel a bit more confident of vishy's chances this match.

This is exactly how Magnus Carlsen behave he hardly recognizes the presence of Anand by shaking hands quickly and not even nodding and acknowledging his presence; he seats quickly and starts making his moves. Somebody needs to teach Magnus Carlsen the manner of a chess champion so he can represent the youth of Norway all over the World as couteuos an polite and how he should conduct interviews. But for now lets forget about his attitude and laugh a little, here is a parody of Anand Versus Mr impatient Carlsen

At least he is not a bad as Bobby Fischer was

But Carlsen still needs interviewing skills

I am starting to think that by now Magnus Carlsen is having more respect for GM Anand than he used to. How many of you think that Caruana could have done better against Carlsen?

I prefer to see him making believe that he is sleeping to get Anand guard down than to act like this
