Is Belka a Rybka?

For clarification, that website is not run by me. So I would warn you not to download anything from that site. Also, they do lot of illegal things at that site, a modified Toga without source code for example. Also, Kingzilla is probably the latest version of Rybka.

Is there a good set of the parameters that does pretty well. All zeros must be pretty bad!

They are certainly different than strelka.
I wonder if belka with the right setting behave like strelka or if there is more difference between belka and strelka except changing weights.
