After 10.Nh4, Nd4; if we play 11.Bd1, Black could play Nxe4, giving up a knight for two pawns plus a bind on our game.
I'm against Nh4. Look at this line more closely and you'll see the dangers.
After Nxe4 12. dxe4 Qxe4 13. Nf3 Bc6 14. c3 Nxf3+ 15. Bxf3 we are fine.
Yeah - Nh4 is probably okay.
I'll stubbornly stick with c4 though, because I think it shores up our position and allows the choice of play on either side of the board.

This game will be more entertaining with that move.
Carlos.
good point
if i were playing OTB and i had to choose between c4 or Nh4 i would play c4
but life is short..
lets live a Little..
nothing ventured..nothing gained..
lets put this move in the books ..
ill switch to 10.Nh4
Well since I stuck my neck out with Nh4 , going to continue with the theme
Nef5... this doesnt allow Blacks Knight to go to d4. If Nf4 then I like Bf3.. I see this theme continuing with options for white like g3 and f4 at some point.
Bf3 stops .....d5 as well ...Black might have to find some other ideas.
Sticking to dim N on Rim ....
regards
Nick
