ok, if we are thinking ...f6 break then maybe 11...f6 right away, since 12 f4 fxe 13 fxe oo messes with with white castling kingside whereas 11...oo 12 oo f6 13 f4 looks perfectly pleasant for white.

Sounds like a good plan, but of course 12. O-O is a decent response. Our king would be a bit open after fxe5 Qxe5 O-O, but we don't have to capture at e5 yet...

Anyways, f6 looks good to me.

f6/ O-O fxe5/ Qxe5 O-O. Black king is fine and we get the center.
f6/ O-O Qc7!?

Yes, I vote for f7-f6 also
(I must admit I didn't anticipate the Tasc Be2 move)
