Hi Doctor,

I see that you waited till the game lost its Chess960-specific attributes before you are joining us.
BTW, BigLion is afraid of you

Matthias.
That's right and he has reasons to be :P

Bc3 is the forum vote. BigLion will think about this overnight and report back in the morning. (h3 was expected)

The forum's move again

Never heard that BigLion reached depth 16 at this phase of a chess game.
Nde8 proves that BigLion has no plan, though knight f6 is now happier.
Ray, don't tell us eval after each move. We want to guess a bit  .

BigLion is getting depths 15-16 consistently, but remember it is getting 10 hrs to think on it's time when there is no ponder hit (as was the case here), and 24 hrs on the forum's time. When pondering it can hit 17.

OK, I won't give the evals unless asked

Nde8 seemed a bit tame to me, I was a bit surprised
EDIT: but you're right, there is logic in it with f6 now safer

... a4 can wait. Qb2 also looks good.

h3.

If Bh5 then g4. It's ok to advance the king side pawn cover since we have enough pieces adjacent to the king.

If Be6 then ofcourse a4.

Cramping both the Bishops and gaining space.
