Why would any intelligent person think that Dr Deeb?
Why would any intelligent person think it was worth saying that without providing an explanation?
Why should I give an explanation regarding this issue,it's just the way it is...
The Go game doesn't fit my playing taste, what explanation do you want for that :!: :?:

I'm disappointed that you think this because we try to treat all members equally, even though this upsets some.
There are no members currently banned, although a couple have been fortunate recently in this regard.
A ban is only seen as a last resort because it would be a shame to exclude anybody from talking about their hobby.
Perhaps you could message me in confidence with your concerns?

Regards, Graham.

I don't think that he means the moderators to give some members special rights rather than some members think that they are "Top Members"....

Because if you don't Dr Deeb, you have produced another worthless comment.

Neither I, nor I suspect anyone else, is at all interested in an unqualifed statement of your personal taste Dr Deeb and so you are correct, I neither want an explanation, nor did I ask you for one. I asked you a totally different question [deleted]

Tell me Dr Deeb, do you actually know how to play Go?

Oh, come on K I, don't go down that road.

Go is a great game, I personally think it's better than chess (even though my chess playing is way better), but Dr. Wael is entitled to his own opinion. You also seem to have missed his smiley.

In addition, what's the point of coming to a chess-oriented forum and arguing that Go is better?

I am not sure if I can play Go [deleted]

To be fair, it wasn't KI that made that claim, but Derek. I still think it's a bit pointless to argue that way in a computer chess forum.

I also agree that computer go has a lot more interesting open questions than does computer chess. Still didn't stop me from writing a chess engine to learn as much as I can (in my "copious spare time") about chess programming.

One day I'll perhaps write a Go engine (or perhaps help define a standard similar to UCI first), but until then, I'm quite happy with my weak, but improving little chess engine, as well as the Talk that goes on in CCC.
