Re: Too many of my games are drawish
Ok, when you are on a game, click on Edit, then on Copy, then on Copy Game, then come to the text box in where you post stuff here on play chess, and type something, and then click on Edit (on the same window in where the text box is) and click on paste.
If this doesn't work, you may want to try Swami's idea and copy each move, one by one, by hand, but don't forget to copy the reached depth and score as well (Copying the whole game is of course, more efficient.)

Your beliefs create your reality, so be careful what you wish for.

Rybka versus Rybka on the chessbase server, one should not be very surprised about many draws.

That was exactly my point.Stats would be enough and not even games are needed if we know the stats/opponents played etcF. Bluemers wrote:Rybka versus Rybka on the chessbase server, one should not be very surprised about many draws.![]()

why the need to scrutinize the tedious games anyway?

Is this still about why you aren't winning enough on the playchess.com server?? If you have questions related to the engines and the engine room, I recommend going to the Rybka forum.

Well may be you didn't follow the thread or already forgot about the
beginning?
quote:
I don't know why but most, if not all of my games, are
drawish no matter how weak or strong my opponent. I'm using 2 quad
2.0ghz processor with 4gb...
Just read the quote above again and you see he spoke
of _any kind_ of opponents 'no matter how weak or strong'...
Whatever, I believe we won't see any of those incredible drawn games ;)

2 words: Nitpickingly Pedantic
when I asked him for stats on win/loss/draw against his opp etc its a shortcut to the answer...instead some chose the other time consuming method, getting him to post the pgn by helping him out step by step on how to...and finally studying the games, starting an engine in analysis mode and confirming the moves etc...
Well,I think Ulysses will finally get him to post the games by politely helping him out...

Ahem his stats say: almost always draw against every one, no matterswami wrote:2 words: Nitpickingly Pedantic

how weak ;-) fine that helps a lot...
Typical user errors need one minute of 'scrutinizing' if a pgn with
score/depth is available and the 'scrutinizer' is experienced.

Well i tried to copy and paste but it still will not work. I will try to manually print notation with score/ply. Just ask me if i misprint a move. Thanks.
