The Tokelau Atolls are a NZ dependency. The population is very small and I seriously doubt that you live there. The population is Polynesian and they live in villages.
Being a New Zealander myself, I have a pretty good idea about the Tokelaus. It is part of a unit of study that I teach students about.

Using common ccc/ctf moderation tools, I see that he is banned currently, dunno for how many days.
Why did he receive a ban? As far as I know, a person can use an alias, and with that comes a story that goes with the name..He was very fun to play with, then again any nit is..

The name of the engine isnt Hustler, its Hustle, you dirty minded old man. The next version would be called Playboy then. You should have just gave him a warning, most of the links he posted were harmless. And since when is it wrong to talk about Clones?
I think it was discussed earlier that the engine Hustle is a clone of Strelka, I think I have seen some results of Hustle 5.1 and they were very weak, I am not sure if the author did a poor clone of Strelka or ...
