Still nothing...I checked the Spam folder everyday, checked it after I saw your message its empty..I didnt have any problem the last time I purchased something from you, I guess it was a while back when Chesstiger was released. Only thing I have received so far is the worldpay bill..

I payed my Smarthink last Sunday. After three days... no news from Lokasoft. It is very strange, since I bought a lot of programmes from this firm and no problem at all. The only news: The message that the bill has been charged to my VISA Card.

I can not understand what the problem is. A simple upgrade download file seems too long to arrive to me.

I am sure that we can solve this in the next few days.

Hello Tom,

You download links already where sent on sunday, in our mailserver logs I can see the mail delivery is delayed. Don't know the cause yet as mail to others is delivered just fine. We are investigating this, in the meantime I will try to send it from another address. Expect mail from "lokasoft at chesspartner.com"
