It is now fixed. Rank "2" is displayed for all 3 programs.

Each time the page is displayed, programs are ranked in a random order. So you can reload the page until you get your favorite ordering :-)
:lol:
Cool. How did you do that? Javascript i guess, but how?
in the sql:

Code: Select all

order by totalscore, random()
And where are the games of the open and blitz tournament? Are they available?
If someone sends them to me, I will add them to the site.

Note, by the way, that the game record of Deep Sjeng vs Hiarcs was updated:

There was a mistake in the live broadcasting. Deep Sjeng did not avoid Qxe1 in the endgame.

Live broadcasting was through sensory boards, which is not completely reliable. Especially for blitz. This is probably why they did not use them to record games.

The live broadcasting was in general very good, I think one of the best in the tournaments so far. It was very well possible to follow some games at wor^Whome and made not being there much more bearable. Only some funny things with the Java applet - like it taking 100% cpu and not properly disambiguating moves.

I don't understand why the Chess Olympiad was not broadcasted, though.

Does anybody here know what was the prize for winning the tournament? (and for the 2nd & 3th)

Eternal glory.

And a trophy.
