Taner Altinsoy wrote:Turkish is quite an irregular language for translation into latin languages especially for computers. Being a professional translator I'll try to explain it a bit. First of many differences is the syntax of the language. The order in which pronouns, verbs, adjectives etc are used in a sentence in English is completely reversed in Turkish. In addition we have all the small articles built into the words. In order to explain this I will give one example. "I will be able to go" can be translated in to Turkish in one word as "gidebileceğim". For these and similar other reasons Turkish and many other languages are almost impossible for a computer to translate. Better ask a friend who speaks the language like Harun Taner himself :)

Shot no that would not be punishment enough. You must hand over your entire collection to The Admiral!

Some think it might be best to "amputate" your involvement completely.

Whatever moderator's team should be elected, they can't do whatever they want as they think....any kind of dectatorship will be met by severe counter strike from the majority of this forum....
They can do their job as the charter dectates but please not to imagine that they can do whatever they want....

P.S.keeping radio silence is not a garantee that you'll win the elections sir....

I declinied as well. I have not enough time, and not enough energy to clean up this forum from trolls and spammers. Finally there are some people in the nomination list whom I would give the forum in hands.

I hope you don't vote for people who only think in black and white.

Many thanks to the former moderators, I fear we will see soon how good they did.

BTW, talking about spammers. Reading Grahams self information:

"discussion on Ippo and its derivatives will be managed in a manner that it doesn't give the impression of spamming any of the subforums. "

One should count the messages in this spammed threads. I am sure Graham is in the TOP 3 of writers in this threads.

"links won't be allowed to forums where active piracy occurs. "

Well, the only one who is always telling us what happens in the warez forum is Graham.

"personal attacks will not be tolerated. "

Graham is used to say "Go to hell" and he thinks this is not a personal attack.
