This madness ends here. Daniel, we understand that you resent some things that are said about some bit bases as personal offense, and we think you are totally right to rectify any wrong things that would be said about yours. We also consider that many things you said were technically right. BUT you've been doing it so vehemently that no discussion about the Syzygy bit bases can take place anymore and that we're now collecting complaints, most of them legitimate.
So now, we will ask you to not post into the threads dedicated to the Syzygy bit bases. If you feel like correcting something said wrongly about your own bases, please open a dedicated thread, so no hijacking can be done.

I agree the thread has been hijacked and I already told Mike Schiedl, which I am sure didn't plan for this because he always tests new versions of engines and chess stuff. So it is a good thing that you cutoff the thread.

I will just say that if I see "This TB is better than any other TB" without any DATA, more so when what the existing data shows nothing different, I will probably raise my concern because the 'any other TB' includes me. Let me just say that there is not _one_ single thread where I butted in without such subtle drops that call for attention :)
