Stockfish's authors don't believe in personalities that are stronger than the default chess engine....
One of the authors had gone even fiurther by saying that changing the parameters of Stockfish is useless and have a placebo effect at best regards,

I would assume that the defaults are the best overall in the Bell Curve, but I would expect some swing either way with varying time limits and small changes (at least within one Standard Deviation at least)
