To test if a bin file really is a Polyglot book for Chess you can open it in WinBoard, and invoke the Edit Book function. If you don't see any moves displayd in the book window while in the initial position, it is probably not a valid book.
done, and indeed the cerebellum book doesn't appear to
be a polyglot book (with Chesspartner shredder and polygot it looks
made mistake when i thought this cerebellum book was running);
a pity, because then right now it only plays with stockfish; hey,
maybe it's a stockfish engine book ?
anyway, if it would only run with stockfish then it wouldn't
be useful for people who want to komodo or another engine.
But that's up to zipproth again i suppose.

The cerebellum team facilitates the code, so if you are interested in can be incorporated in any engine.
where was this book, I do not know?,
in a few short tests, seems better than cerebellum ligth.

The polyglot is here:
https://mega.nz/#!TYFj0YyQ!VcFknLaHaAz3 ... WLrCOIdDFw
Can use for all the engine.
this upload looks like a joke; name cerebellum_full,
(it's a polyglot book, that true) but it's smaller (28 Mb) and when
looking at the main lines it's much faster out of book than the
zipproth cerebellum_light which looked like a much better book;
my recommendation, almost worthless , no need to download
