I think noob abandoned it himself, but it was a good thing that he sprang into the breach. Now work has coalesced around a pytorch trainer based on the work by the author of seer. https://github.com/glinscott/nnue-pytorch
This is great as pytorch has a big toolkit and allows for training on GPU’s. So, they’ve already started heading in the right direction.
