It does not mention anything about the Dragon version?
Was there an email? I've been subscribed to Komodo for many years, don't remember getting an email recently, all updates have been here!

Andrew
I have a mailing list and normally send out the emails on the release date or day after. If you private me your email, I can add you to the list. We found long ago adding all customers to the mass email annoyed them, so I do this manually now.

Yes, the files are a lot bigger since the neural net is more than twice as big, and there are 7 compiles (Windows AVX2 and regular, Linux AVX2 and regular and MacOS AVX2, regular and a special m1 compile). Maybe we should go to a scheme where you can download just the versions for your operating system? Save people some time and bandwidth. Future nets are likely to be even bigger. The bigger, the more knowledge.

Any plans on selling or adding a Pi Version (64 & 32 Bit)? It might be weaker, but I would use it with my DGT Chessboard.
Also, demand for this here definitely influences us.

Mark
Thank you for the reply I have sent you my specs. "Also, demand for this here definitely influences us.", I am sure it does and I hope that there would be a market for it. :D

Again the exotic/esoteric time control with zero base. A lot of programs (especially weaker or older ones) won't play well with such a tc.
And for sure programs from 17 years ago...

(BTW 12...Nxf2? is already a useless sac IMHO)

Also the intention of this thread surely was not going to be filled again by useless odds games from your side.

So far after 60 games Komodo Dragon2 is leading by 8 games, and very soon I will start testing with version 2.5 against Dragon 4.6
Chessqueen wrote: Fri Sep 24, 2021 2:49 pm A 2406 rated engine like Dragon 4.6 by Bruno is just equal to Dragon2 with a Rook Odds, in which each program take turn winning, very soon I will report based on the newer version against the same engine Dragon 4.6 rated 2406 By Bruno. I am almost positive that Dragon 2.5 play much better at Odds than Dragon 2, since the rating is higher

Final score is 56 to 44 in favor of Komodo Dragon2 What a great performance against a Dragon 4.6 rated 2406 at Rook Odds

Wow,

I just witnessed my 1st Knights Odds game of Dragon 2.5 versus CT800. TC was 40 moves in 4 minutes both engines using 1 thread. It wasn't that Dragon won that game, but the style in which it won it that impressed me. It was very active and I felt like I was watching it play in the style that I've seen in the Komodo versus Human (Odds Match) games that were played on chess.com. Here the graph really tells a lot, CT800 still thought it was winning (Or ahead) at the point when Dragon had already overtaken it.

Impressive display by Dragon... but to be fair the black king rook didn't move so CT800 was giving rook for knight odds to Dragon :D

That is because Dragon 2.5 excellent play did not give CT800 a chance to develop the RooK, in order for Black to develop his Rook it would have to lose more material and the game would have been shorter

This is the first time that I have seen Dragon2 playing even versus Stockfish 13 at Blitz, which Stockfish 13 has always been better than Komodo at Blitz, which indicate that at longer time control Dragon2 is way better than Stockfish 13, the question is by how many Elo. This is the final Blitz result.
