Now, the first game against Komodo, taking the h1 rook.
According to the pgn, after move 39 Komodo lost on time.
BUT:
1. I thought engines did not lose on time (certainly not with a 10 second increment).
2. Banksia shows White with still 13 seconds on its clock (I had 3:03 in the final position).
I do NOT feel satisfied winning on time. Especially, since the game was getting interesting, I had just sacrificed my queen for a rook and knight.
I still had material advantage (two rooks and a knight for the queen), as well as an excellent position (at least according to me), but there is still a very long way until checkmate.
¿How can I continue the game? From that position, with the remaining clock times.

I played this game yesterday using Arena3.5.1 Gui Komodo 13.2 Contempt = 150, I believe that a Rook is too much of an Odd, and once you figured out how to beat it, it becomes routine, I will send this game to my online trainer GM Igor

Hi.

I think, when I was a younger I played better than now; and a rook would have been enough to almost always win.
But now, it is hit or miss for me. If I do not blunder, I win.
After a blunder, I usually loss (even if the position is still objectively better for me).
Of course, there are some draws.

Greetings.

Jose Garcia Most chess trainers do NOT teach you how to deal with Nervousness and Anxiety, but it is a very important subject even when you play against an engine. Do you feel a lot of pressure when you play versus an engine too? It is a very important issue when you have to play in tournaments against human opponents. ==>

Hi.

I would not say I get "nervous" during these challenges, but I do feel some pressure... just because I am publishing the games (it also makes them more exciting).
I am an experienced tournament player; but with old experience.
My last over the board tournament was on 2016. Before that, I played two tournaments in 2009.
Ah, but when I was in grade school, I played in every tournament I could. Easily over 50 tournament games at standard time controls every year.

Oh, I have already installed Arena and LucasChess (besides Winboard and Banksia). I need some time to figure out how to do exactly what I want to do.

Greetings.

Sometimes, I feel after 10 years, where the engines will stand?. May be elo 10k

Currently, I feel humans can beat engines in full potential in Persian Chess. There is a tussle between Stockfiah vs Chessbase for using Stockfish code. The scope of n types of engines means normal players will be confused.

Many people agreed perfect chess Elo is between 4500 - 5500. But you have to specify rating with time scaling. As in general rule the rating decrease with higher time control as the lower rated player make less mistake with time. To be specific a 3475 rated engine will make less mistake against Stockfish given more time control than if the game is played at T/C of 1/2. Lets take for instance Rubichess, it will perform better against Stockfish if you allow the T/C to be 30 minutes per move, than if the entire game in played in 60 seconds or Blitz at T/C of 1 minute, in such time control of 30 minutes per move Rubichess will give Stockfish a hell of a fight avoiding most tactical blunders which only happens at Blitz between engines.
