We benchmarked to a more recent computer at the time.

On my windows 10 system version 0.9 seem to need the following DLL's inculded with the binary posted on the website.

libgcc_s_seh-1.dll
libwinptread-1.dll
libstdc++-6.dll
libgomp-1.dll

I tried download them manually but I may not have the correct version of each dll.
