What can I do?

The complete folder as well as each individual code and also the compiler comes from the Stockfish dev. site, and has no virus. I checked that.

Maybe your virus scanner is too sensitive or your browser is not protected and downloads some malicious exe files in parallel with the engine zip file (everything is zipped).

I can't help it sorry. Use a different engine. I recommend that you download the zip file anyway and check it offline with Windows defender.

Charisma Light 2 is a powerful UCI engine, based on Stockfish dev. Charisma Light 2 has an active playing style and is excellent for analysis, blitz and rapid chess. Because of the efficient and tactically strong search, it is even possible to play on servers like PlayChess with only one core (picture). In my test on PlayChess, I played 307 games in a row with only one core (2400 kns) and I didn't lose a single game. One of my openings books was used. All these games on my homepage for download. Learning files are not necessary! However, I have implemented MinimumThinkingTime, I recommend setting a value of 100 (100ms) for games on the server. Offline 0.

Charisma Blitz is a powerful UCI engine, based on Stockfish dev. Charisma Blitz has an active playing style and is excellent for analysis, blitz and rapid chess. Charisma Blitz has a fast yet accurate search. On Feb 8th, 2023 in the blitz tournament on PlayChess, Monster PC (850000 kns) was defeated --> game:

Learning files are not necessary! However, I have implemented MinimumThinkingTime, I recommend setting a value of 100 (100ms) for games on the server. I plan to update the engine once a month (with latest Stockfish patches).

Charisma 240223 has a very fast yet accurate search. On Feb 8th, 2023 in the blitz tournament on PlayChess, Monster PC (850000 kns) was defeated! Learning files are not necessary! 28 Febr 2023: Leptir 280223
Leptir has a slower search than Charisma, but is nearly as strong tactically. Leptir's special strength is its beautiful positional play. Leptir uses the Stockfish NNUE network "nn-c232c4319bdd.nnue". It is possible to use other NNUE networks as well. I played with 5 cores Blitz on the server, and the engine didn't show any tactical weaknesses.
