My guess is that as the tournament takes place in the Tretyakov Gallery then this gallery got those little clips in exchange. BTW, I've visited this museum and it is full of treasures. Really a place to visit (and many others in Moscow. And Saint Petersburg). I really enjoyed my stay in Russia.
