Best of luck.
Steve B, what Swami apparently meant was that the process of elections is greater than the individuals and he will respect the decision.
I agree that the choice of words left an ambiguity to suggest that he did not care either way- whether or not he got elected- showing disrespect to the elections- but in truth, what he meant was that if he gets elected, he will discharge his duties to the best of his ability, but even if he does not get elected, he will not loose sleep over it.
Yeah you got it right too, There is one nominee whose name i don't dare to mention run for egotistical reason, he had declined his nomination previous term. When I accept nomination this time,he does too,it's definitely not Steve B I'm talking about. But I don't really care.He had created one poll competing with me about something and he lost it,I didn'
t even talk about it,maybe that's what motivates him to accept the nomination for first time.

Thank you,Fernando :)

Just running the election for the heck of it.I don't care about winning or losing.

Regards.
All the best in the elections Swami. 8-)

I agree there's no point worrying about winning or losing. The members have their say and we must all respect that and give whoever is elected the necessary support.

Regards, Graham.
BTW, Excellent moderation philosophy you have there,Graham :)

"I believe that too many of us treat new members with suspicion and often hostility or scorn.
My belief is that we should be making them feel welcome and respect that they may want to ask questions to which many of us take the answers for granted. "

Exactly! I was about to write this but you already wrote it ,well if it weren't written by me, it would very well be you! :D

All the best to you!

Regards.
