It now has only 5/13 (losing the game against Jonny) when movei has rating advantage relative to all opponents.
I am now not optimistic about promotion because even if movei score 12/17 in the rest of the games(and it is not expected to score better based on the rating) it may not be enough to promote
I wonder if it is only bad luck or movei simply does not like the hardware or the book.
I checked few moves from the games but could not find something strange with the moves.

I am not sure if it is only bad luck or maybe also that movei does not like your book relative to other books that are used by CCRL.
I did other tournaments and here are my results based on the first 15 rounds(note that anmon was not counted in the knodes competition because of the strrange output that it gives):
result are average knodes per second and average depth when I simply calculated the sum of the reported numbers in the 15 rounds and divided it by 15

I think it is just bad luck - it happens
Graham is using the HS-10moves book, and in fact most of the nearly 400 games we have played with movei have been with HS-10moves and HS-8moves, as well as some with HS-Bigbook.bkt. And it has been very successful - current rating 2753 after 395 games with these books
