The engine is located in the following folder.... C:\Documents and Settings\"your name"\Application Data\Internet Chess Club\Dasher\engines\junior

As I suspected before,it's hidden like some kind of system file and if so the case,ICC can kiss goodbye their Junior UCI affair....
The other option is after installing the Dasher interface,it will register the user in their server and then he'll get the pure UCI engine.....

I finally figured it out. The engine was in a hidden folder. Once i set windows to "show hidden folders", there was Junior.

Despite the hassle i had with finding the Junior engine in a "hidden" folder, i made a quick logo for this new UCI engine.
