5.2c is kicking Glaurung 2.1 hard on my computer, I hope it wins this one.

Since Swami was begging like a little girl and asking me to participate, here it goes..
Toga
Glaurung
Fruit
Bright
Thinker
Spike

Goddammit, everyone picked these same 6 engines.. Why the fruit version from 05?? Why not 2.3.x?? I am assuming that you are using the 32bit versions of these engines. I am assuming that the 2 CPU's would help Bright place above thinker..

Maybe the prediction of the 6th rank is the most difficult. It seems to me that King 3.50 is underestimated, compared to Spike. I'm not sure but I expect a narrow race between these two.

Good joke, I always wanted EPC division wise contest participants to predict in this Grand tourney...If you had not participated, Tony, It wouldn't be fun anymore

Ofcourse they can choose same set of engines, but they need_to_choose the exact order on which these engines fall
(and that's what makes it more complicated).

sometimes some unexpected engines might turn up in the top finishes who knows.

Yes, I'm using 32 bits, and benefit of 2 CPU for Multi CPU engines.

Fruit05 is the best blitzer of all Fruits in my tests so decided to use it instead of 2.3.

Hi Swami,

I want to confirm if Spike uses 2 CPU? I think it has SMP support also. I also want to know if you will be using Bright 0.3d as it is much stronger.

I think Spike 1.2 is a single CPU engine, and that the private one 1.3 has added MP. So I couldn't use MP with 1.2.

No,I don't use 0.3d version of Bright, I'm using the current public version. The tournament has started already, besides the predictions have been made by several people, If I have to get the 0.3d then I'd have to ask many people to change the order already which is not fair, perhaps I should have gotten this version before already :)

Look at number 33. Maybe someone from CEGT could verify this?
