This procedure takes some time, the games have to be unpublished, so it's not an easy task

That is a great improvement for a clone.

If a clone is more than 120 elo better than its source, it may not be a clone anymore. It may be a new engine. (Rybka´s case)

the author credit and rename it. It is than a legal clone
as in the case of (Toga)
