Note that most of the pieces mentioned above are not very common. Except for Chancellor (RN) and Archbishop (BN), the only variant I know of where the occur is Superchess. All pieces in Superchess have names different from usual, though, and this is reflected in the way Superchess players designate their pieces in FENs:
A = Amazon = (QN)
E = Empress = (RN)
S = Princess = (BN)
V = Veteran = (KN)
The (KR) and (KB) pieces I only know from Shogi, where they are the promoted version of the Rook and Bishop. Being promoted pieces, they have no designating letter of their own, but follow the Shogi convention of writing a promoted piece as the unpromoted one with a '+' sign in front of it:
+R = Dragon King = (KR)
+B = Dragon Horse = (KB)
In Western names a piece that is a compound of King and something else is usually referred to as 'crowned'. So the Western name of the Dragon King is Crowned Rook, of the Dragon Horse it is Crowned Bishop.
