Not sure what your point is - I don't want to see 2 Hiarcs or 2 versions of any program in an official tournament this has been the rule for as long as I can remember.

Still do not understand your point. ! version only in a tournament. Therefore StockFish and Glaurung can not both compete. This is a fact. I am quite happy to let Tord decide which one to enter.
