Actually, Nibiru is a giant planet, 4 times the size of the Earth. Some believe it was the home of nephilim ( giants of the old times) bastard offspring of the rebellious angels.

I just received email on from a researcher stating that he thought this tournament was limited to the Americas continents. It is not and has never been. Only the Pan-American event has had that limitation.

This event is open to all world wide except the clones and derivatives.

The rule is the normal one we've had for years. Anybody can enter, but those that can't prove originality will not be accepted.

So, any ippo or robbo derivative including ippo/robbo will be excluded.

Those that used others code as a base and then tweaked will be excluded. Also, any program that is reverse engineered from another is excluded.

The specifics on robbo/ippo:
o Robbo/Ippo don't have real authors and the real authors need to submit the application. Anonymous people don't qualify as real in this tournament.
o Hence, those that use the ippo/robbo code as a starting point can't get the real authors permission either.
