In this way,
The customers will have choice to see, check... and then to buy...
For example,
I lost interest to buy such engines which are weaker than free Stockfish

not a good idea!
Playing strength is not most interesting as factor ... I buy or not. Most interesting is an own style and perfect in technical using with some interesting Features.
To the link you added in the message before. I am looking a long time. You can see in Critter ... higher the Version more compare to the ipps. Same opinion I have if I am looking in my game stats. 50-60% seems to be ok for this comparing I think.
After this work my decision with Houdini is right, also with the others I replacing. Sjeng and Jonny I am repalcing for other reasons (not available engines).

Crafty replacing Rybka ...
Crafty is one of the most important engines.
Must changes my rules ...
At the Moment UCI only.
But Crafty will be killed from each others of my TOP-20.
Deuterium is great too, also NirvanaChess or Exchess. But all of this engines Need 40-60 ELO more to MinkoChess!

Hiarcs is must have with 4/5 stars, GUI development is nice so 5/5 stars
Chiron is must have with 5.5/5 stars
Komodo is must have with 5.6/5 stars
Shredder is must have with 3/5 stars (engine) and 5.7 / 5 GUI
If I remember you pay to many for Ktulu.
I can order Chiron for yourself ... MUST HAVE ... Sedat ... MUST HAVE!
Or Junior if you like ...

In my opinion, X commercial engine should be stronger than free one!

Stockfish is great yes but you must not see the playing strength you must see the ideas the programmers have and all the nice playing styles.
Junior and Chiron are fantastic programs. Hiarcs too ... from the Commercials.

Robert Hyatt will be very happy !!
Note that Crafty as WB (under Fritz GUI) does not play at full performance
Probably under Shredder GUI too, we will see same performance by Crafty

It's a pity that we lost Dann Corbit and Jim Ablett. The work he do for us are soooo good and the postings are great to read ... also with my bad English. Must have a look in the compiles by Peter Skinner.
And believe my, Robert isn't happy with me but not important for myself. I like 90% of the Messages by Robert and learning a lot from him. But in different things I have an other opinion.

Never Mark give me things for free ... but he wrote a long time ... please use Arena ... I am working thousands of hours. Is OK ... he is right in business. For different Shredder versions I got a good price and from Mark too. yes! All is OK ...
