Now, the second game against Lc0, removing the a1 rook.
I deviated from the first game, with 3... d6 (instead of 3... Nc6).
Lc0 gave me a hard time, not allowing me to activate my rooks.
Then, the move 19. Ng6 (allowing me to activate one rook) gave me a lot of confidence in my position.
23... Rc8 is a mistake, which loses a bishop (of course I missed it). Fortunately, I was still an exchange up, with a very good position, and soon was two (and then three) pawns up too.
I did not hesitate sacrifice the exchange and enter a knight vs bishop ending, being three pawns up, with 29... Ra3 30. Kd4 Rg3
Before that, I felt that the bishops were harassing my king, my rook and my knight.
On the other hand, usually it is very easy to avoid a single bishop.
I made some mistakes afterwards (for example, I missed 43... Bf3), but by that point my advantage was overwhelming, there was never a risk of not winning this ending.

Next game is against Stockfish, removing the h1 rook.
To be played when I get the chance.

Greetings.
Well done, even early on you could have traded your Bishop for Lco Knight on f3 after 5. Be2...5.BxNf3, and place your Knight on c6 after the exchange, with a Rook Odds the earlier you trade the less your opponent Engine has a chance of using his tactical superiority. Also on move 22....Rxh2? you should have taken the pawn with your Bishop 22.......Bxh2! to avoid the engine from taking your Bishop and and pinning your Rook
For example after 5......Bxf3 if I was to play versus Komodo Dagon 2.6.1 this is how I would have continued

Kf3 a better move is 23.....Kxe6 and this is how I played it versus Komodo Dragon 2.6.1. A Rook Odds is too much of a handicap, as long as you trade pieces whenever you can to avoid the engine to use its tactical superiority, unless you are a Master with much better tactical capability than a 1750 or 1800 player than you can play a la par without having to trade pieces early against Komodo Dragon; and find other ways to win and avoid tactical oversight

Note: And for those that said previously that I was wasting my money paying an IM to train me online, all that I can say is that $30.00 per 30 minutes training section is NOT really much, and during the Covi19 when most of us were inside of our home, to me it was the best investment that I could have ever done in my life. My chess.com new rating is above 1770 and I know deep in my mind that I had NOT wasted my money to get 18 months of training online, doing 2 to three section of 30 minutes per week. Hi.

Actually, I played 3... d6 and 4... Bg4 in order to exchange my bishop for the f3 knight. I just did not see the need to do it immediately.
As for 23... Rc8, the other move I mainly considered during the game was 23... Rah8.

Paying a coach to train you is not a waste of money.
¡But you also need to do the hard work in order to improve! (hiring the best coach is not enough).

Greetings.

Greetings.

I am glad that you and most of this forum members realize that training with a coach alone will not alone make your a better chess player, when I got in touch with my online trainer the first thing that he said to me is my training will help you at least 50% to obtain your goal of increasing at least 450 rating points or more in 18 months but he also told me that he would assign different books on middlegames and at least 2 on endings, and that each week he would assign 14 pages to read and to learn it good, at the end of each week he would pick 10 of those positions and for each position when we meet every Saturday that I only have 3 to 5 seconds to give him the answer. Then he asked me what was my educational level and I asked him why, and he said to me it is irrelevant to chess, but it will show me that at least when I study computer programming back in 1980 languages such as Assembler ( Machine language, Cobol 1, Cobol II, Pascal, Fortran, RPG, C and C++ ) and also later on I studied Accounting such as accounting 1, Accounting 2, Cost Accounting and all other subjects to become an accountant. That for all those subjects I had to study at least 3 to 4 hours in order to pass them, chess is a little different and there are lots of professionals here on this forum that know that just because they have different degrees, it is does not necessarily make them better at chess than a 13 or 14 years old chess prodigy, but what he assured me that with dedication and assigning at least 2 hours daily to read what he assigns me and to pass at least 8 out of his 10 positions that he randomly pick form those pages that he assigns me, that I would achieve and I have already achieve what I wanted at first and it was to increase my rating from 1300 to at least 1750, I have not participated in any tournaments for the last 2 years, but according to my trainer when he match me against other of his online students I am at least 1750 to 1800. I started to play on chess.com in the last 5 weeks and so far my rating is 1767, which is about what my online trainer kept telling me lately. ==> https://www.chess.com/game/live/43958180629

Hi.

The second game against Stockfish, removing the h1 rook.
I deviated from the previous game with 3... Bf5 (instead of 3... c6).
Another win for me.
I got into some trouble (poorly defended pieces), but was able to get out of it losing only a couple of pawns.
I felt confident about the win when it played 38. Ba3, but even before I was optimistic (since 32... a5, activating my rook without moving it).

Hi.

I did, and I lost.
¡I will keep playing, until I win!

I am facing the engines that are directly available within BanksiaGUI.
Since Dragon does not appear there, I do not play against it.
I do not have time to play against all the engines in the world.

Greetings.

Hi.

Some UCI engines have the options "UCI_Limit Strenght" and "UCI_Elo", but I do not see it in Komodo.
It is also interesting, but I think a large number of games is needed to estimate the strength of the human players relative to the arbitrary scale of each engine (I doubt they are accurate).

Actually, if I were training beginners, I would let them play against engines with material odds AND limited strength.

Greetings.

P.S. Komodo 1805 should have taken the perpetual.
