This huge FRC bug is fixed and Minic 3.32 comes with some more Elo.

2.43 works fine but I tried both 2.17 and 3.32 and when I attempt to launch the app, windows says I need to find a version that works on my PC.

I tried minic_3.32_mingw_x64_skylake.exe

is this a windows release?

Try the skylake exe.

This version of e:\Chess\Arena\Engines\Minic\minic_3.17_mingw_x64_skylake.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.

Can't it simply be that your OS is 32bit while this exe is 64 ?
