Maybe in love. For sure in lust.

But, thanks for reminding me. I've used that avatar for quite a while. Time for a different one.

thanks bunches for the info JonP01.

also i was wondering, do some of the guys in here have a problem with women who play chess? it looks like some them are not taking me seriously. i take chess very seriously. right now i am a poor college math student and i cant afford an expensive computer like the citrine. when i get out of graduate school maybe i can get one then.

Not me. I lose to most anyone I play. Makes no difference if it's a woman.

Hi Jennifer,

it's great to have women computer chess enthusiasts posting here. :)

The reason why many members are wary is that a number of other women who've posted in the past have actually been some obviously mentally impaired gentlemen choosing women's names as pseudos.

Regards, Graham.

nice touché , but fernando's question was directed tp Terry :)

I am a born again space alien myself

keep us posted on which chess computer you buy -- I personally would go for the Citrine +Arena + Blue tooth combo -- for wireless play against your pc over a 3d wooden board

Citine board is not tournament size. Échec et Mat

as soon as SteveB tells me he is ready , I am going to set that up for him ...

nice to meet you regards,

Not at all...the more the merrier!

The problem is mostly men post here and we guys tend to get suspicious when a new member starts posting using an avatar with a pretty face; thinking uh-huh...it's probably some guy having a little fun at our expense
