Yeah, I too noticed it today. Kramnik plays a move and then goes away for a long time. Anand plays a move... Kramnik is still not there. Then he comes.... makes a move and again out of his chair. Cycle continues. May be Kramnik's method of playing has always been this way.

Only problem may be that Anand is taking more time than usual on his 13th-16th moves.
