And Kaissa is one of the engines, it is based on. Thats what is written on the webpage. Kaissa is not open source, and noone would decompile it to learn from it. And someone else wouldn't mention it.
So there are many hints Robo is based on Kaissa, this is more likely than it is a decompiled Rybka.
Maybe it contains some decompiled parts of Rybka, but this is speculation.
