It seems that the new version of Fritz 20 (23.10.2025 AD) is very strong - over 3700 Elo points in blitz. I think CCRL needs to do a recalibration of the rating.

No. Ginkgo 5.40 It's the more recent version that plays on TCEC, and there have been several updates for TCEC since October.
