Although Nf1-e3 looks tempting, I don't like the idea of playing f3 since it seems to create an additional weakness close to our king. Black could respond with Nxd5, we'd have to take back with exd5 and then black would get his Pe5 unblocked and his bishop possibly woken up, being invited to visit our black squares.
Without f3 and Nf1-e3, Rfd1 might not make sense.
So I vote for Ra1 which looks straightforward for me.
i played around with the idea of Nxf6+ to blast open BL's pawn cover but it just takes too long to recover the d5 square for the b2 night(N-b1-c3-d5)
both Ra6 and Qb5 are good moves
Qb5 leaves the d2 Night unprotected.. pinning our d5 N(not that it causes any immediate worries)
ill go for 29.Ra6 with the plan to double up Rooks next move if allowed
