Thank you Peter Martan for your response. But for the last update the 26/11/2016, there is no compilation windows, or at least I did not see it.

That was my bad - if Mr Poppins would be so kind as to make some Windows exe's , that would be great.

Meanwhile latest Stockfish sse source was updated : https://github.com/MichaelB7/Stockfish-sse

It has all the sse features from before , including play from Cerebellum book, mutilpv with tb's, fast play when mate is found , play by ladder rating, ladder delay and play by ladder range.

Now Stockfish sse has up to 1600 different levels as virtually each ladder level corresponds to a different number of of positions to be searched, every 100 point Ladder level increase corresponds to a doubling of positions searched - whether you go from ladder level 1378 to 1478 or from ladder level 1922 to 2022 - positions evaluated will be doubled for every 100 point ladder level increase .

Skill level was "smarten up" - will now play "easy moves" regardless of what skill level and other skill level refinements. If you set the skill level to 5 to the ladder level to 2000 , it will play like a relatively weak club player but make more "human like' moves (and human like mistakes) than before. If it's too easy for you , just crank it up a bit.

There are 40 skill levels - and skill level 20 is pretty decent and combining that with the correct ladder setting and you should be able to find a style you like. There are 64,000 different combinations of skill and ladder levels. No other chess program currently offers that much variety in setting different levels of play. I would start start in the middle - ladder level 2000 and skill level 20 and go up or down from there - making relatively small adjustments.

There is a "study" mode that will do less reductions and other refinements that you may appreciate such as hiding fail lows and highs and currr move for a more streamlined and condensed output ( on by default).

mac os exe: https://github.com/MichaelB7/Stockfish- ... -macOS.zip - there are two exe's included - one compiled with clang and one with gcc - use which ever one works or is faster for your machine.

And yes, includes the latest updates from the the Official Stockfish GitHub Developmental webpage. https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish

But do you have any 32 bit compiles ?

Now I need to take a ride to the local store...where did I leave my horse ? .....

Hi
Would it be possible to have a 32 bit compile. I know I have asked before, I just want to give the version a try! Thanks
