IF BL plays g6 here(which i think is virtually forced)of course we can play the fairly obvious Nc7 and we wind up with a Q for our B+R and a won game but it will take some time to actually end the game
i also looked at Qa1 threatening f4 but that is not as good as Nc7 as BL has the annoying Qc8
then i fooled around with f4 immediately and i think it wins quicker and more violently
:P
BL will have to play exf4 and then we have this virtually forced line
Ng4 h5
Raxb8 Qxb8(nxb8 and i believe we have a forced mate)
Qa1! hxg4
Qh8+ Kf7
Qh7+ Kf8
e5 e3(Threating mate if we move the d5 night)
Kf1 Rc6
Nxf4 and i imagine BL might resign

there could be holes in my analysis but this seems like f4 will be my vote unless someone can poke holes in my thinking here

Thoughts anyone?
Steve
I'm not sure that Black needs to play h5 in this line.
How about 38.f4, ef; 39. Ng4, Rxe4 so that the rook can go to d4?

the R needs to stay on the E file to prevent Ne5

after f4 ef Ng4 Rxe4
we have Qa1 again and if Rd4 to block off the Q
Ne5(remember the R is now off the e file) and BL will need to give up heavy material to avoid mate..

If we play Nc7 we get the Queen for a Knight + Rook. Seems a good deal to me. f4 seems to just lose a pawn.

What is your plan against 38.f4, Qh4?

f4 Qh4
allows Qa1 right away threatening fxe5 and then checking the K on F1 with the Q
also with the BQ away from the Queenside we will win material there unless it moves back

I'll go for 38.Nc7 also at this stage, although Black could well hold us out.
Our pieces have stuck themselves deep on the queenside and we need to do something.

38.f4 is a bold option, but I'm not convinced yet that it works in our favour.
