OK, I can go along with that.

But as far as Strelka is concerned until Vas advises otherwise and acts on that......

From Rybka 1.0 beta readme

Contents & License

In this package, you will find the Rybka 1.0 Beta chess engine (dated Dec 4, 2005), as well as the Turk opening book by Djordje Vidanovic. Both versions of these components are free and can be used and transmitted without restriction.

Nothing more regarding the license. I don't interpret it in any way, just pure fact.

In their compiled form, yes they are free to use.

That does not mean you can decompile them for your own clandestine gain without permission.

Sorry, but I can't see any such statement in this license. On the contrary: "Both versions of these components are free and can be used and transmitted without restriction".

....can be used and transmitted without restriction

If whenever there will be a case in the court, this statement will end it very fast 8-)
Otherwise,it must be mentioned not to decompile or disassemble the exe file....
This does not mean that I agree with what Osipov did,no way 8-)

I steal a thing "A" from someone when i take the "A" without this person
wants me to take it and this person ends up not having the "A".
You should find a better word....
After his son's birth they've asked him:

Seems clear to me Chris. You're inserting your interpretation and words that are not there. You may wish they were there but they are not.
