If 19....a6 then Rybka3 suggests 20. Nd5 exd5 21. exd5+ with eval that slightly favors white (0.21).

Now Anand will again try to move his King eventually to H file- lor depends on the next move from Kramnik

Yes. Nd5 leads to exchange of Knights which may simplify the game further and may help Anand to draw the game.
