Vas
A dimensionless constant fundamental to Chess programming!

But to get back on topic: I don't think a shady concept like 'known' is something that could be formalized in the rules for an official event. What would you require? A certain minimum number of postings on TalkChess? Trivial to comply with. Te contents of the postings to reveal some minimal level of technical skill? Who is to judge that? The program must have been playing in Chess War or CCT? This would defer authoroty to others, and make your tourney subsidiary to those events. Not a good thig if you have the ambition to organize a World Championshp...

Why is Rajlich bracketed with Cozzie?

   THEY ARE VERY GOOD FRIENDS ! ISN'T IT ?

'Rajlich/Cozzie' is just a fraction whose value is greater than 1. :)

Sounds good. For a moment I thought that Vincent might have some crackpot theory that you were both the same person, or that you were working in collusion with each other!

at least vincent met all 3 (letouzey/cozzie/rajlich) in real life.

this is worth much IMO.

especially if you see it under conspiracy theory point of views.
letouzey vanishes. cozzie appears. cozzie disappears. rajlich appears.

looks strange indeed.

IMO what we would need would be a tournament where all 3 appear, sit next to each other and discuss their source codes :-)

Yeah, what we need least is more conspiracy-theory.

If good events can't be held without such flies, CC is in trouble indeed.

However, I doubt that's the case.

Adding:

Yes, good commication makes a gret difference. It's just done by order and most often not in public...

Damd Ruxy ;)

Same universe, same old globe, and still behaving so different sometimes :)
Well, both Anthony and Vas spend time in US to study. Bright guys they are, yes. Nice too, even when you consider Anthony's sligtly homofobic behaviour about 2 years ago.
They did change the chess-world, Rybka and Zappa. Wonder why Naum isn't- Alex Naumov - isn't mentiond ?

I think you probably already read Vincent's view regarding Naum.

Danish winter-sleep is nearly over ;)
Yes, I saw it, but didn't notice it was Vince who posted it...

Anyway, and far of topic, as I live on Sealand, I'm looking for an oppotunity to see some of New Sealand :) Substitute "S" with "Z" when needed ;) ... Danish: Sealand = Sjælland. At some date I will come there, but like Vas, dates is not what I', best at ;)

Best,
Henrik
