"BEST MOVE" (and time the move found)
Be5(from start)
Qg5(1.1 min)
Bh4(3.56 Min.)
Qh4( 2 hrs.39 min.)
Qg5(4 hrs.4 min. to 5 hrs.31 min.at which point i turned off the computer)
the search depth after 5 hrs.31 min.was 4/11(4ply Brute Search/11 ply selective search)
the R30 scored Bh4 as +1.61,Qh4 as +1.72 and Qg5 as +1.77

normally i would now post the move as 36.Qg5 however i cannot say for certain i would have let the computer run this long if there was not a controversy over this move
its possible i would have turned the computer off after 2,3,4 or even 5 hours
as i mentioned earlier i usually make the move after 4-5 hours

i will leave it to the forum to vote on the move they would like to play against
Bh4,Qh4 or Qg5

Exhausted Regards
Steve
I don't want to avoid R30's best move.
I vote for Qg5!!

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

I agree with you Matthias. The Tasc chose Qg5, so we shouldn't be given the option of choosing to play against another move.

Agreed, we need to go with what the Tasc chose, Qg5

This game is certainly giving both you and the Tasc a workout Steve !

There is no hurry for the chess960 game, we should continue with this match until we agree to draw, or resign... I don't think a win is possible for us

My vote : 36 ... Bd4

We are on the Titanic without lifeboats.
Any other move lets this thing sink rather fast

Does it? I think you should wait another 5 hours until our TASC R30's complete their analysis.

Better safe than sorry.

Andranik, in such a team event it does not help to fidget about by-gones.
Each one of us saw at some point our clearly better move rejected by the majority for reasons unclear to us.
Should we all weep ?
Team events are about remaining happy even when others have messed things up. :D

I think I am one of those who enjoys this most, so please don't think this seriously :)

If some day one of us needs an argument why democracy may not work, we can always cite this game.
