Hi Graham,

Tough fight at the end. I did not expect Dragon to perform so well. It was this reason plus Hermann's consistent results that made my team win.

Thanks for an entertaining tournament, it's nice to win one (finally :D )

Carlos

Nice to see you here Bruno. :D
Are you still working on Dragon? I'd love to include a new version in my amateur series. :P

Cheers,
Graham.

Looking forward to it!

I hope it does come with Sicilian Accelerated Dragon lines in opening book. I'd like to play few games with Dragon engine playing only lines from Accelerated Dragon!

Hi Graham,

Thanks a lot for your Tournament. It was a lot of fun following the progress.

Congratulations Carlos.. Dragon definately saved the day for you after Hermann's drop in form in the second half of the tourney :P

I was just curious about how the engines variate between 1 round of matches and the next. For example the clear leader Hermann and the clear last placed Diablo both had the biggest performance difference with Diablo + 4.5 points improvement and Hermman - 4 points :)

All three tables look different but it does seem that Arasan and N2 were the most consistant.

I wonder how this would look if the tournament was played for an additional 30 rounds :)

best regards

Nick

Thanks Nick for this interesting info. Hermann had a great start and then the results were mixed. Fortunately, Dragon came to the rescue. :D Congrats to Bruno and Volker.

Carlos.
