BTW, a quick defeat spares the Tasc a lot of wear out  .

Matthias.
:P
Actually i am thankful that the Tasc is still working
we have been playing every day now for nearly 8 weeks and it still computing!
once..about a month ago ..i did get a "FATAL VECTOR ERROR" message on the display screen and the computer totally locked up .. but thankfully after powering it down and then letting it rest for a few hours ..it started back up in good condition
if the Tasc should break.. i shall be billing all those who voted for moves the most each day
:o

Updated voting with about 7 hours to go:
Rf7-2
Ba3-1
Rb1-1

Fragile Regards
Steve

I don't like Rf7

Still thinking about my vote...

The million dollar question - will the Tasc actually play e5 ?
It could be a draw.If R30 plays Kg3. If it plays e4-e5 it will be
a win for R30.I think.

Best,

Gerold.

I think the right people to bill are those avoiding a quick loss  .
BTW, didn't Ray choose Ba3 ?

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

Oh no, the poor thing. I doubt it has ever had such a god workout. What we need to do is win against it quickly so it can take a rest :D

Yes, I half expected it, but sometimes the Tasc had been aggressive and sometimes quite passive. Hard to predict it seems
