Hi Harvey,
And thanks to both of you for this interesting event :D
_No one can hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward….

hi Harvey
i apologize to Team Hiarcs for my being late this morning and also to the thousands of loyal spectators who paid top prices to attend the match
Kramink sent me an email asking if my CC3 could please analyze some opening innovation he was working on and i just got sidetracked a bit with it!

the games were alot of fun
especially the second game where Hiarcs was threatening an unstoppable mate in one for 6 consecutive moves while the CC3 brushed all threats aside and bravely..nay...dare i say ..fearlessly.. built up a mating net of its own and delivered the point!

The CC3 won 1.5-0.5, over the Hiarcs 0.3 from 1981. We will arrange a rematch against the much stronger Hiarcs 0.5 from 1983..
and perhaps if the CC3 loses Hiarcs 0.3 will face the Ultra Rare DDR SC1 (which really is a clone of the CC10):
http://new.photos.yahoo.com/cpaa2@sbcgl ... 6775215/10

of course it has all of the same 10 levels as the CC10
the SC1 was released by an EAST GERMAN company during the height of the cold war

it is considered Ultra Rare and worth literally millions of dollars today

speaking of millions of dollars
what was Mark saying during the match today about the $1,000,000 prize fund going to today's winner??

Paypal Accepted Regards

Hi Steve,

As the $1000,000 was to be paid to the winner by you - you can be thankful you do not need to mortgage your collection - yet. But beware Hiarcs 0.5 is hungry!

Next round after I take a short trip to Leiden to eat Fish!

I wish Mark and you good luck for Leiden,

in the mean time, I'll ask Steve to prove that his CC3 is not a clone, because there were some strange moves this morning

Best regards,
Alain

Hi Alain,

I was not going to mention it but as you bring the subject up...

I think all moves were clone like - and seemed to be of a quality far more recent than that old CC3 Steve was alleged to have used.

I will leave any disciplinary measures completely in your hands - if it is a serious breaking of the rules can I suggest the closing of Collectors Corner for 1 day!? A suitable punishment!

Down with clones,

Harvey

Anyway, in honour of the winner of this morning challenge, I made two small videos of my CC7 (the "yes"' of the CC3 are less entertaining).

These videos can be seen on this page, where I also host many videos provided by Steve :

hi Harvey
Alain has a CC3 as well
since the CC3 does NOT ponder and does NOT have any random feature what-so-ever ,Alain should be able to replicate every move on his CC3 that was played today on my Tasc R40...ERRR...CC3

Freudian Slip Regards

hi Alain

Classic snapshot of the Famous "Jumping Eyes" of the Fidelity computers!

since you are placing names now for the different videos...
no name for the Citrine videos?

to be honest these are not very good Citrine videos and perhaps you would like to remove mine and replace them with better ones of your own??

if so then please feel free to do so

Hi Steve,

oops, it is a mistake. I have added the names in "html" mode and not "preview" and forgot these.

I have put the names because I had two "Fidelity Computers" tables and wanted different titles for each. May be the names are not a good idea ?

one day may be, but I prefer to add new ones than to replace existing ones.

Which computer is the next regards ?
