well in the first match Ehlvest did win one game and draw two fairly

here are the results from the first match :

Game 1: 1-0 (Tuesday March 6)
Game 2: 1-0 (Tuesday March 6)
Game 3: 1-0 (Tuesday March 6)
Game 4: 1/2 - 1/2 (Wednesday March 7)
Game 5: 1-0 (Wednesday March 7)
Game 6: 0-1 (Wednesday March 7)
Game 7: 1/2-1/2 (Thursday March 8)
Game 8: 1/2-1/2 (Thursday March 8)

the win in game 6 was fair and square as were the last two draws

Oh no - looks like Ehlvest might have cracked again! What a real shame.
what else is new??
was this not to be expected given his sterling performances against Zappa and in Rybka 1?

now we see the wisdom of Kaufman's choice to wheel Ehlvest out again

no surprise really

updating our Ehlvest vs Computers we get

vs ZAPPA 1-3
vs Rybka first match...2-5(not counting game 4 mercy draw)

and now .5-2.5

totals..3.5-10.5

i think this is just turning into a circus
i know Kaufman and Rajlich read these posts so here is my suggestion to salvage the rest of this match before it becomes a rehash of the Hydra-Mickey Massacre ....5-5.5

bring in GM Joel Benjamin
OR

for games 4-6 ....if Ehlvest moves a piece and keeps his finger on it then before he releases his finger he is allowed...

Takesies Backsies Regards
Steve
And Terry talked about me having a lack of respect for Joel Benjamin!
Your putdown of Ehlvest is appalling!

Ehlvest has actually played very well. The two errors he did make were not at all obvious.

Regards, Graham.

PS - if Benjamin does play Rybka and gets smashed even more decisively, what will your excuse be then?
Steve smarten up...Graham...Joel won't be smashed...you smarten up too!

Mega GM Regards,
Terry
