Analysis by Chess Tiger 14.0 (D945 3.4 GHz, 192 MB hash):

18.Rxd7 Rf8 19.Rxf7
+- (13.16) Depth: 8 00:00:00 267kN
+- (#9) Depth: 11 00:00:08 6250kN

18.Rxd7 Kxd7 19.Qxf7+ Kc6 (19...Kc8 20.Qe6+ Kd8 21.Rd1#) 20.Qc4+ Kd7 21.Rd1+ Ke8 22.Qe6+ Qe7 23.Qxe7# 1-0

Of course, other moves than 18...Kxd7 only make sense to delay the mate. ChestUCI gives this variation (#7):

18.Rxd7 Rf8 19.Rxc7 a6 20.Qa4+ b5 21.Qb4 Rg8 22.Qd6 Qxg2+ 23.Kxg2 h6 24.Qe7# 1-0

Roce seems to have no problem with this position. But, of course, Roce has troubles to reach positions like that ...

roce: setboard 1r2k2r/pppb1p1p/6p1/4P1q1/4p3/BQP1P3/P4PPP/R2R2K1 w k - 2 18

To reach this position is difficult. White played Ba3 early in the game, preventing black castle. Last black move (Qg5) could be considered as a blunder (it's a 10 min game, TSCP looks at depth 6 maximum on my pIII 450Mhz), but it is not easy to play something useful for black. The low search depth of TSCP prevented him to see the Rxd7 reply.
